It's created in a kind of co-op between Loopmasters,, PluginBoutique and Synapse Audio, so not the worst production team. It's called Zampler, and you can either download it from Plugin Boutique (branded with Pluginboutique and Loopmasters logo's) or from (German site, but the branding with 'Beat' looks a lot nicer then Plugin Boutique's one. Think they also have bigger commercial packs. It comes as freeware and you can download a nice big arsenal of free soundbanks as well. Feature packed and made by Synapse Audio (who also created Dune/Dune2).
Just stumbled on a freeware VST that blew my mind! It's kind of like a freeware Nexus, only with the added ability to create your own presets.
